## Description

M&E Engineer  
  
Salary Range:  
\- $3,500–$6,000  
  
Benefits:  
\- 0–20% Performance-Based Bonus (PRP) per month  
\- 2% Medical Allowance per month

Job Responsibilities:  
\- Coordinate and oversee M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works for construction projects.  
\- Review M&E drawings, specifications, and project requirements.  
\- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.  
\- Monitor M&E installation progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.  
\- Conduct site inspections and follow up on technical issues and rectification works.  
\- Resolve site coordination and technical issues with relevant parties.  
\- Attend site meetings and provide updates on M&E progress.  
\- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.  
\- Ensure M&E works comply with project requirements, quality standards, and relevant regulations.  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.  
\- Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E engineering experience.  
\- Experience with A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects will be an advantage.  
\- Relevant M&E experience with a Main Contractor is preferred.  
\- Good knowledge of M&E systems, site coordination, and construction processes.  
\- Good communication and coordination skills.
