Salary & Benefits  
\- Salary Range: $7,000 - $13,000 (commensurate with experience)

\- Working hours:  
\- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities  
\- Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines and schedules.  
\- Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and budget to ensure timely project delivery.  
\- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.  
\- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and address issues proactively.  
\- Contract & Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and regulatory requirements.  
\- Quality Control: Oversee work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with regulations.  
\- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to management and clients on project status.  
\- Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and manage the budget effectively.  
\- Problem-Solving: Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues as they arise.  
\- Project Handover: Ensure successful completion of projects and proper documentation for handover.  
  
Job Requirements  
\- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Singapore, working with main contractors in the construction industry.  
\- Proven experience in coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and on-site resources.  
\- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.  
\- Strong communication and writing skills.  
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
