Top Chinese Securities firm.  
  
Job responsibilities:  
\- Lead and manage the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team to achieve strategic objectives and financial targets.  
\- Develop and implement ECM strategies to enhance market presence and client engagement.  
\- Oversee the execution of equity offerings, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements.  
\- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.  
\- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of transactions and client satisfaction.  
\- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.  
\- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.  
\- Prepare and present reports to senior management on ECM activities and performance.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.  
\- Minimum of 8 years of experience in equity capital markets or investment banking.  
\- Proven track record of successful ECM transactions and client relationship management.  
\- Strong understanding of financial markets, securities regulations, and industry trends.  
\- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.  
\- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  
\- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
