## Description

Event Executive  
Salary Range: $2500-$3500  
  
Key Responsibilities:  
\- Plan and coordinate corporate events from pre-event preparation to post-event wrap-up.  
\- Liaise with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.  
\- Prepare event timelines, production schedules, and operational plans.  
\- Coordinate event setup, rehearsals, and dismantling.  
\- Work closely with production and technical teams on:  
\- Audio Visual (AV)  
\- Lighting  
\- Sound Systems  
\- LED Walls  
\- Staging  
\- Power Distribution  
\- Live Streaming (where applicable)  
\- Conduct site recce and technical briefings before events.  
\- Monitor event progress and troubleshoot operational or technical issues on-site.  
\- Ensure all production requirements are delivered according to project specifications.  
\- Maintain event documentation, inventories, and project reports.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.  
\- At least 2 years of experience in corporate event management or event production.  
\- Strong knowledge of event production and technical operations.  
\- Good understanding of AV systems, lighting, sound, staging, and event setup.  
\- Able to read production schedules and coordinate technical requirements.  
\- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  
\- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.  
\- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required by event schedules.  
  
Preferred Qualifications:  
\- Experience managing corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, or gala dinners.  
\- Familiarity with live streaming, hybrid events, or virtual event platforms is an advantage.  
\- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.  
\- Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
