## Description

Business Development Manager (Remote)  
  
My client is an international communication and social-discovery platform that is expanding in Thailand. They are looking for a Business Development professional (remote, Thailand-based) to help build and scale local partnerships in the market.  
  
Responsibilities:  
\- Lead the sourcing and identification of potential partners in Thailand.  
\- Obtain a detailed understanding of potential partners and build business strategies to initiate cooperation.  
\- Train new partners during the onboarding process.  
\- Stay abreast of market trends in the fast-evolving social network industry.  
\- Prepare monthly and quarterly individual sales and business performance reports.  
\- Ensure timely and efficient hand-over of new partners to the customer success team.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Business development experience, preferably with a background in sales, advertising, or marketing.  
\- Extensive experience in customer communication and business negotiation.  
\- Excellent presentation skills.  
\- Fluent in English and able to use it as a working language.  
\- Ability to manage multiple urgent tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
