## Description

Job responsibilities:  
\- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.  
\- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.  
\- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.  
\- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.  
\- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.  
\- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.  
\- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across all digital platforms.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.  
\- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.  
\- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.  
\- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.  
\- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
\- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.  
\- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
