## Description

Responsibilities:  
\- Take overall responsibility for the development and management of the TRS business, driving revenue growth and expanding business opportunities.  
\- Lead and manage the existing TRS team, overseeing daily operations, business development, and team performance.  
\- Develop and execute business strategies to expand trading volumes, strengthen client relationships, and improve overall business profitability.  
\- Oversee business risk management, ensuring trading activities are conducted within appropriate risk controls and compliance frameworks.  
\- Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimize business operations, manage risk exposure, and identify new growth opportunities.  
\- Drive client acquisition and business expansion, leveraging existing industry networks and relationships.  
  
Pre-requisites:  
\- Extensive experience in TRS, equity financing, securities trading, or related financial markets businesses.  
\- Strong understanding of TRS products, trading operations, market dynamics, and risk management.  
\- Proven track record in business development, revenue generation, and client relationship management.  
\- Previous sales or client-facing experience is highly preferred.  
\- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a business team.  
\- Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to balance business growth, trading volume, and risk management.
