Senior Business Analyst - Capital Markets | Trading Systems | Execution Management Systems  
  
Overview:  
\- Drive the transformation of global trading platforms, shaping next-generation Execution Management Systems (EMS) at scale.

Key Responsibilities:  
\- Partner with global stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document EMS requirements in alignment with product strategy.  
\- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for scalable trading platforms.  
\- Lead EMS platform transformation initiatives by coordinating vendors, technology teams, and controls to ensure compliant and timely delivery.  
\- Perform gap analysis by comparing current execution workflows with future state capabilities to drive continuous improvements.  
\- Support integration design using APIs and FIX, enabling connectivity across brokers, markets, and internal systems.  
  
Key Requirements:  
\- Minimum of 7 years’ business analysis experience in capital markets with strong, proven trading systems exposure.  
\- Deep knowledge of execution management systems, order lifecycle, and trading workflows within wealth management environments.  
\- Hands-on experience with APIs, including REST, HTTPS, and FIX, for low latency system integrations.  
\- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems using structured thinking and data-driven insights.  
\- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders, influencing decisions, and navigating organizations across business and technology teams.
