\- Act as the primary interface for elite, highly professional EU commercial and investment banking stakeholders, translating their complex global design, risk, and security standards into flawless local execution.  
\- Supervise top-tier international architecture studios, specialized MEP engineers, and premium fit-out contractors, enforcing an absolute zero-defect, high-precision finish.  
\- Establish sophisticated PMO control systems, meticulously tracking multimillion-dollar capital budgets, complex procurement lead times, and stage-gate risk milestones.  
\- Lead the project through Singapore's stringent regulatory clearances, securing swift statutory handovers and seamless corporate day-one operations for critical financial environments.
