## Description

Responsibilities:  
\- Oversee daily operation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for all office technology equipment, including desktops, laptops, Microsoft Windows systems, printers, and related devices to ensure stable office system operations.  
\- Proactively identify technical issues, independently drive cross-team issue resolution, and provide efficient technical support and collaboration to internal employees using fluent Mandarin and English communication.  
\- Maintain core IT infrastructure such as Microsoft Windows 11, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.  
\- Provide technical support for trading room environments and trading applications, such as Bloomberg (relevant experience is a strong advantage).
