Marketing & Content Creation Intern (Café Brand)  
  
At Dandelions, we're seeking an individual who is passionate about good design, beautiful cafés, social media, and storytelling. If you appreciate café aesthetics, notice details like lighting, curate café inspiration on Instagram, and enjoy creating visually appealing content, you may be the perfect fit for our team.  
  
Key Responsibilities  
  
Content Creation & Social Media  
\- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.  
\- Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content that aligns with the brand's visual identity.  
\- Visit cafés or event locations for scheduled content shoots to capture products, café ambience, customer experiences, and behind-the-scenes moments.  
\- Produce both static and short-form video content suitable for digital marketing campaigns.  
\- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and social media management.  
  
Marketing & Design  
\- Design marketing materials, promotional visuals, posters, and digital assets.  
\- Support the development of marketing campaigns and creative content ideas.  
\- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.  
\- Stay informed of social media, digital marketing, and consumer trends relevant to the F&B industry.  
  
Requirements  
\- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or a related field.  
\- Interest in content creation, digital marketing, photography, videography, or social media.  
\- Ability to create and edit visual content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, or similar software.  
\- Good communication and organisational skills.  
\- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.  
\- Experience creating food, beverage, lifestyle, or retail-related content is an advantage.  
\- Familiarity with current social media trends and short-form video content is an advantage.
