Job responsibilities:  
\- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment in the data centre to ensure optimal performance.  
\- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent equipment malfunctions.  
\- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.  
\- Document and report any operational issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.  
\- Collaborate with the technical team to implement process improvements.  
\- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.  
\- Assist in the setup and configuration of new equipment as needed.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.  
\- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in a data centre or manufacturing environment.  
\- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.  
\- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.  
\- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.  
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
\- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if required.
