About Us:  
Titan SmartTech is a Singapore-based industrial solutions company specializing in water, environmental, and industrial technologies aimed at enhancing sustainability, reliability, and performance. As part of our expansion in Indonesia, we are seeking a proactive, hunter-type Business Development Manager to drive regional growth.  
  
Key Responsibilities:  
\- Develop new business opportunities within the industrial and infrastructure sectors.  
\- Build and maintain relationships with EPCs, consultants, and key decision makers.  
\- Manage the project pipeline and proactively identify new business opportunities.  
\- Conduct client visits, deliver presentations, and engage in technical discussions.  
\- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop tailored solutions.  
\- Prepare proposals and support tender submissions.  
\- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.  
\- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Project Sales.  
\- Proven experience in industrial, engineering, EPC, or water-related projects.  
\- Strong sales, negotiation, and client management skills.  
\- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.  
  
Preferred Experience:  
\- Background in Water or Wastewater Treatment.  
\- Experience with Environmental Solutions.  
\- Familiarity with EPC or Engineering Services.  
\- Exposure to Industrial Infrastructure or Utilities sectors.  
  
Language & Travel:  
\- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Business English.  
\- Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.
