## Description

Provide professional consultations and personalised advice to customers.  
Assess customers’ needs and recommend suitable meal plans and wellness solutions to support their goals.  
Guide and motivate customers throughout their slimming and wellness journey.  
Work closely with the Branch Manager to identify and address training and service gaps.  
Assist with translation and customer communication when required.  
Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.  
  
Requirements  
Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related discipline from a recognised Polytechnic or University.  
At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred.  
Strong interest in the slimming, nutrition, health and wellness industry.  
Passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and build confidence.  
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.  
Able to work independently and as part of a team.  
Able to work retail hours, 11:00am to 9:00pm, including Saturdays.
