## Description

Salary range: SGD4500-5300  
Responsibilities:  
\- Oversee and manage daily operations of the institute.  
\- Ensure the operations and reliability of the Institute’s facilities and general infrastructure systems.  
\- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.  
\- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and standards.  
\- Manage and optimize resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.  
\- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.  
\- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide updates to Management.  
\- Resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.  
\- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.  
\- Oversee and review safety procedures and measures.  
\- Handle insurance plans and service contracts.  
\- Perform any other duties as assigned.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Minimum Diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations management or a related field.  
\- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.  
\- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.  
\- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
\- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.  
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
\- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.  
\- Familiarity with Singapore's business environment and regulations.
