## Description

Salary Range:  
\- $3500-$4500

Job Responsibilities:  
\- Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings from BIM model using Revit.  
\- Create and manage Revit project files for Electrical & Plumbing systems.  
\- Update and coordinate Revit models throughout the project, including slab pipe routings, underground pipe routings, tray/trunking routings, lightning protection, and lighting & power points location.  
\- Perform interference/clash checking within own model and against other disciplines.  
\- Responsible for delivering accurate drawings on time.  
\- Carry out any other drafter-related tasks assigned by superior.  
\- Assist Project Manager with completion of projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline.  
\- Minimum 1 year working experience as M&E BIM drafter in Singapore construction is required.  
\- Experience in HDB/Condominium project drafting is an advantage.  
\- Proficient in BIM/Revit MEP/AutoCAD/Microsoft Office.  
\- Able to interpret engineering drawings and models.  
\- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.  
\- Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work as part of a team.  
\- MEP drafter experience is required (Electrical/Plumbing/Sanitary).
