我们正在为一家新能源公司招聘印尼第一位财务经理，从零开始搭建财务团队。  
We're hiring a Finance Manager for a new energy company setting up their Indonesia operation. Pioneer hire, first finance person on the ground, building the function from scratch.

• 全盘账务和月结是你独立负责的 / Full-set accounting and month-end closing is already what you own independently  
• PPh 21、23、25/29、PPN是你亲手申报的/ You personally file PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25/29, and PPN  
• 你可以用普通话直接跟中国总部沟通汇报，因为日常工作需要与中国总部直接沟通 / You're comfortable reporting directly to a China-based HQ in Mandarin, as the role requires direct daily communication with China HQ  
• 你具备在印尼合法工作的资格（印尼公民或持有效工作许可）/ You are authorised to work in Indonesia, Indonesian citizen or valid work permit holder  
  
你会负责： / What you'll own:  
• 印尼公司全盘账务 / Full-set accounting for the Indonesia entity  
• 税务合规，PPh和PPN全流程 / All tax compliance, PPh and PPN end to end  
• 现金流管理和资金规划 / Cash flow management and treasury  
• 预算编制和每月向总部汇报 / Budgeting and monthly HQ reporting  
• 内控和SOP，从零搭建 / Internal controls and SOPs, built from scratch  
• 对接银行、税务局、审计师和公司秘书 / Relationships with banks, DJP, auditors, and company secretary

• 具备在印尼合法工作的资格（印尼公民或持有效工作许可）/ Authorised to work in Indonesia (Indonesian citizen or valid work permit holder)  
• 普通话，商务沟通水平，因日常需与中国总部直接沟通 / Mandarin at business communication level, required for direct daily HQ communication  
• 独立申报PPh和PPN，非协助性质 / Hands-on PPh and PPN filing — independently  
• 独立负责全盘账务 / Full-set accounting ownership  
• 至少持有Brevet A/B / Brevet A/B minimum preferred
