Sales Executive/Coordinator (Construction)  
  
Salary Range:  
\- $2500–$4000

Job Description:  
\- Actively seek out and engage potential customers to expand the client base through cold calling and outbound sales activities.  
\- Attend to sales enquiries across multiple platforms, including WhatsApp, calls, and email.  
\- Create customer orders in the admin system and coordinate appointment scheduling via Handyman apps.  
\- Prepare and issue quotations based on updates from the operations team.  
\- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.  
\- Introduce the company portfolio and promote in-house services to customers.  
\- Coordinate with the operations team to address customer enquiries and clarify job scope or quotations.  
\- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.  
\- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Sales Executive role.  
\- Candidates with experience in Construction, Handyman Services, Renovation, Facilities Management, Maintenance Services, or related service industries will be preferred.  
\- Experience in preparing quotations, coordinating service schedules, and handling customer enquiries is an advantage.  
\- Comfortable with cold calling and customer engagement.  
\- Willing to learn and possess a positive attitude.  
\- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
