Job Description: Public Relations & Community Engagement Officer (Construction Industry)  
  
Contract Details  
\- Contract Duration: 1 year (Start from 1 Jan 2026)  
\- Working Days: Monday – Friday  
\- Industry: Main Contractor / Construction  
\- Location: Toa Payoh  
  
Key Responsibilities  
\- Serve as the primary contact between the project team and residents/tenants.  
\- Manage public enquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.  
\- Examine and take immediate action for any inconvenience to the public caused by construction works.  
\- Coordinate timely updates, notices, and communication materials to stakeholders.  
\- Support planning and execution of community engagement activities.  
\- Monitor site conditions and highlight potential public relation issues.  
\- Maintain feedback records and follow-up status for reporting purposes.  
\- Provide general administrative support for site operations.  
  
Requirements  
\- GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent.  
\- Good communication and interpersonal skills.  
\- Strong problem-solving ability and customer-service mindset.  
\- Able to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.  
\- Experience in public relations, community engagement, or construction industry will be an advantage (not mandatory).  
\- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
