Job responsibilities:  
\- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on fintech-related matters, including regulatory compliance, data protection, and financial transactions.  
\- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure alignment with company objectives and legal standards.  
\- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business operations and strategic initiatives.  
\- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with new products and services.  
\- Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolutions.  
\- Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes affecting the fintech sector.  
\- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.  
\- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.  
\- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.  
\- Strong knowledge of fintech regulations, data privacy laws, and financial compliance standards.  
\- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.  
\- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  
\- Proven track record of managing complex legal projects and delivering results.
