## Description

Job Responsibilities:  
\- Prepare and develop BIM models for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services for New Build and Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects.  
\- Produce accurate 3D models, shop drawings, and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit.  
\- Coordinate M&E services with Architectural, Structural, and other trades to resolve design clashes.  
\- Participate in BIM coordination meetings with Main Contractors, Consultants, and project teams.  
\- Update BIM models according to design revisions, RFIs, and site requirements.  
\- Coordinate with Project Engineers and Site Teams to ensure drawings reflect site conditions.  
\- Assist with submissions to Main Contractors and Consultants.  
\- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.  
\- Minimum 1–3 years of BIM modelling experience in Singapore's construction industry.  
\- Experience in M&E works for New Build or A&A projects.  
\- Able to interpret M&E, Architectural, and Structural drawings.  
\- Good understanding of Singapore construction standards and M&E systems.  
\- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.  
\- Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
