Key Responsibilities:  
\- Ensure high availability and performance of AWS infrastructure, applications, and services.  
\- Design, architect, and implement auto-scaling, load balancing, and failover strategies in AWS environments.  
\- Automate repetitive tasks, workflows, and deployments using scripting or various technologies (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible).  
\- Deploy observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch) for system health monitoring.  
\- Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) for scalable and repeatable provisioning.  
\- Optimize AWS resource utilization to reduce cloud costs.  
\- Provide technical guidance and support across our internal team.  
\- Collaborate with cross-functional business unit teams to ensure processes align with organizational standards.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.  
\- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as an SRE, Wintel Engineer, or in a similar role.  
\- Expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar.  
\- Experience in Wintel platforms; on-premise experience is a plus.  
\- Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP, IP, Routing) and AWS core services (EC2, Load Balancer, VPC, SSM, CloudWatch).  
\- Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS Lambda is a plus.  
\- Certifications with AWS, security, or other infrastructure are advantageous.  
\- Shift rotation is required with extra compensation.  
\- Ability to speak and converse in both English and Chinese.

Working Hours:  
\- 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday) during the first 1-2 months of job training.  
\- 24x7 on-site shift rotation with competitive shift allowance (5 days of work per week).
