Shift Engineer/Supervisor (12 Hours Shift, Chemical Production)  
  
Remuneration Package: Up to $3,300 + Fixed Allowances of $1,100  
Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided at designated points)  
Shift Details: 12-hour shifts, rotating between AM and PM

Responsibilities:  
\- Lead and oversee a team of Production Technicians to ensure safe and efficient production processes.  
\- Support the Process Engineer in activities and projects aimed at optimizing operations and achieving cost efficiency.  
\- Troubleshoot and resolve plant, equipment, and quality issues promptly, recommending effective countermeasures.  
\- Monitor plant equipment to ensure reliability and integrity.  
\- Support shift operations by providing optimal operating conditions for stable plant performance and high product quality.  
\- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.  
\- Knowledge of process control, troubleshooting, plant equipment, and instrumentation.  
\- Strong analytical and technical report writing skills.  
\- Demonstrated leadership qualities, initiative, drive, and commitment.  
\- Ability to handle pressure and excellent communication skills.
