Contract Manager PMC (Data Centre)

What You Will Do  
\- Take full responsibility for pre- and post-contract administration using the FIDIC contract suite.  
\- Manage high-value Long Lead Equipment (LLE) procurement.

\- Resolve contractor Extension of Time (EOT) claims.  
\- Safeguard client cash flows through diligent final account closeouts.  
  
What You Will Need  
\- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction contract management.  
\- At least 3 years of experience in high-complexity infrastructure or data center projects.  
\- Mastery of FIDIC contract conditions  
\- Strong cost procurement skills.  
\- Understanding of mission-critical engineering systems.
