Property Management Director  
  
\- Oversee the daily operations of property management, ensuring efficient and effective management of residential, commercial, or industrial properties.  
\- Develop and implement property management policies, procedures, and standards to maximize asset value and tenant satisfaction.  
\- Lead and supervise property management teams, including property managers, maintenance staff, and administrative personnel.  
\- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting for properties under management.
