Job Responsibilities:  
\- Perform daily trading monitoring procedures, including system operations, data verification, and preliminary assessment of abnormal activities.  
\- Maintain proper records and report findings in accordance with established procedures.  
\- Assist in compiling and updating records of irregular or abnormal trading activities.  
\- Prepare periodic reports and provide recommendations for further action.  
\- Maintain a clear understanding of the Group’s business boundaries and operational guidelines to ensure compliance in all daily activities.  
\- Handle daily operational communications, coordination, and basic issue tracking across departments to ensure information accuracy and smooth workflow operations.  
\- Carry out other operational tasks assigned by supervisors, paying close attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in all work.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of independently handling routine tasks and following established procedures.  
\- Basic skills in report preparation, data processing, and data organization.  
\- Patient and comfortable working with established procedures, regulations, and standardized processes, with a willingness to commit to a stable, long-term role.  
\- Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with different departments and follow up on operational issues.  
\- At least 2 years of working experience.  
\- Good adaptability and the ability to respond effectively to unexpected situations and handle urgent issues.  
  
What We're Looking For:  
\- At least 2 years experience in risk control, trading monitoring, or operational support.  
\- Experience in securities brokerage back-office operations or an interest in investment and trading is an advantage. (Note: This is not a direct trading or dealer position.)  
\- A degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field is preferred.  
  
Working Location:  
\- KL Eco City (accessible via LRT Abdullah Hukum)  
  
Working Hours:  
\- 24x7 on-site shift rotation with competitive shift allowance (5 days of work per week)
