As FastJobs accelerates its growth in Singapore, we're looking for a driven Business Development Executive/Manager to spearhead new revenue growth in the Singapore market. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — and help shape how we grow in Singapore.  
  
Who You Are  
\- A results-oriented self-starter with at least 3 years of sales experience and a proven track record of hitting targets  
\- Skilled at building and maintaining strong customer relationships  
\- An excellent communicator and presenter  
\- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace  
\- Deeply familiar with the Singapore business landscape and market trends — recruitment and staffing industry knowledge a plus  
\- Adaptable, resilient, and persistent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment  
  
  
What You'll Do  
\- Prospect for potential clients through various channels and conduct market research to identify target industries  
\- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new revenue  
\- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations  
\- Negotiate contracts and close deals  
\- Build lasting client relationships and provide excellent customer service and support  
\- Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth sales process, managing your pipeline and customer data in the CRM
