Job responsibilities:  
\- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.  
\- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.  
\- Assist in the enrollment process for new students, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.  
\- Coordinate with coaches and administrative staff to ensure smooth communication and operations.  
\- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions, escalating issues when necessary.  
\- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.  
\- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an educational or sports setting.  
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
\- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.  
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.  
\- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
