Job Position: Sales Associate (Retail)  
  
Salary Range:  
\- $2,500 - $2,800 per month, with potential to exceed $3,000 depending on experience (very negotiable)  
\- Sales commission available  
  
Working Area:  
\- Jurong East  
  
Working Hours:  
\- 6 days work week (Retail hours: 10:30am - 8:30pm)  
\- Off day on a weekday  
  
Job Description:  
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.  
  
Key Responsibilities:  
\- Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations  
\- Understand customer needs and propose suitable lighting and bathroom solutions  
\- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly  
\- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries  
\- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and stock arrangement  
\- Coordinate with team members on stock availability and deliveries  
\- Support daily retail operations and work towards achieving sales targets  
  
Requirements:  
\- Friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented personality  
\- Good communication skills  
\- Prior retail or sales experience preferred  
\- Willingness to learn about lighting and bathroom products  
\- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and retail hours
