Sales Representative (Construction)  
  
Salary Range:  
\- $80,000 NZD - $100,000 NZD per year  
  
Job Responsibilities:  
\- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.  
\- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.  
\- Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.  
\- Prepare quotations, negotiate sales, and follow up on enquiries.  
\- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.  
\- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.  
\- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.  
\- Prepare sales reports and update customer information when required.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction, Commerce, or a related discipline is preferred.  
\- Experience in sales, building materials, construction materials, interior materials, or related industries will be an advantage.  
\- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.  
\- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.  
\- Able to work independently and as part of a team.  
\- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.  
\- Must have valid New Zealand work rights.
