## Description

Salary Range:  
\- $2800-$4500  
  
Location:  
\- Tai Seng  
  
Benefits:  
\- 5-20% performance related pay (PRP) per month  
\- 2% medical pay per month  
\- Yearly salary increment  
  
Job Responsibilities:  
\- Work closely with the Design Team to render detail drawings.  
\- Provide space planning, design conceptualization, material and colour scheme specification based on clients' needs and preferences.  
\- Produce technical drawings, including 2D and 3D renderings.  
\- Meet with clients to understand their objectives and needs.  
\- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.  
\- Required skills: AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max/SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop.  
\- Must be creative and possess good knowledge of detail drawings.  
\- Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience in interior design or related fields.
