## Description

Purchaser  
  
Benefits:  
\- 5-20% performance related pay (PRP) per month  
\- 2% medical pay per month

Job Responsibilities:  
\- Source and purchase construction, maintenance, repair, and handyman-related materials, tools, and equipment.  
\- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.  
\- Manage purchase orders and ensure materials are delivered on time.  
\- Coordinate with project/site teams on material requirements and delivery schedules.  
\- Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment.  
\- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and source new suppliers when required.  
\- Ensure purchases are within the allocated project budget.  
\- Handle quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other purchasing documentation.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Minimum 2 years of relevant purchasing experience in the construction, building, or renovation industry.  
\- Good knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market pricing.  
\- Strong negotiation and quotation comparison skills.  
\- Good coordination and communication skills.  
\- Able to work independently and manage multiple purchase requests.
