## Description

Key Projects  
\- Develop intuitive UI/UX designs that enhance user engagement and experience.  
\- Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and bring ideas to life.  
\- Contribute to end-to-end design processes, from wireframing to prototyping and final implementation.  
\- Ensure designs align with industry trends and maintain brand consistency across platforms.  
  
Responsibilities  
\- Create graphics, illustrations, logos, and user interface elements using Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.  
\- Develop mockups, prototypes, and user journeys for digital platforms.  
\- Conduct user research and testing, making data-driven design improvements.  
\- Troubleshoot UX issues and optimize designs based on feedback.  
\- Communicate design concepts effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.  
  
Team & Reporting Structure  
\- Reports to: Project Manager on-site.  
\- Collaborates with: Singapore-based team for project execution.  
  
Must Have  
\- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.  
\- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.  
\- Solid understanding of web production best practices and responsive design.  
\- Chinese speaking.  
\- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.  
  
Nice to Have  
\- Experience in the gaming industry or entertainment-related UI/UX.  
\- Understanding of user behavior analytics and A/B testing.
