Salary Range: $800-$1200

Role Overview  
  
The Business Development & Marketing Intern will support business growth through sales pitching, lead engagement, marketing initiatives, and client relationship building. This role provides hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, business development, and customer engagement activities.  
  
Key Responsibilities  
  
\- Engage and follow up with inbound enquiries and company-generated leads.  
\- Conduct sales pitches and product/service presentations to prospective clients.  
\- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.  
\- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.  
\- Support lead nurturing and relationship-building activities.  
\- Conduct market and competitor research.  
\- Support social media, website, and digital marketing initiatives.  
\- Assist in content creation for marketing campaigns.  
\- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.  
\- Work closely with the Business Growth team to achieve sales targets.  
\- Perform other sales, marketing, business development, client servicing, and project-related duties as assigned by management from time to time.  
  
Requirements  
  
\- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.  
\- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.  
\- Comfortable communicating with prospects via phone calls, online meetings, WhatsApp, and email.  
\- Confident in presenting ideas, products, and services.  
\- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.  
\- Interest in business development, sales, and marketing.  
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
