Job responsibilities:  
\- Lead and oversee the development, implementation, and management of AI-driven IT systems and solutions.  
\- Develop and execute strategic IT plans aligned with the company’s AI-focused goals and objectives.  
\- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring optimal performance and professional growth.  
\- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address AI-related IT needs and opportunities.  
\- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of IT infrastructure supporting AI applications.  
\- Monitor emerging AI technologies and trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  
\- Proven experience (8+ years) in IT management, with a focus on AI technologies and solutions.  
\- Strong knowledge of AI frameworks, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics tools.  
\- Demonstrated expertise in managing IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.  
\- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.  
\- Ability to develop and execute strategic IT plans in alignment with business objectives.  
\- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex IT environments.
