\-Drive daily site ops & manage progress via MS Project.  
\-Prepare Two Weeks Look Ahead plans & mini programs.  
\-Submit RFIs & check joint measurement sketches for claims.  
\-Lead & mentor 2–3 junior site engineers.  
  
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:  
\-Launching gantry setup & segmental box girder deck erection.  
\-Post-tensioning (PT) stressing sequences & tendon details.  
\-CIDB Grade G7 site management & consultant negotiations.  
  
EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:  
\-Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.  
\-Solid civil, bridge, or rail site experience.  
  
BONUS:  
\-Bridge / precast box girder launching  
\-Launching gantry operation / segmental deck assembly  
\-Post-tensioning (PT) stressing & tendon sequence  
\-Deep bored piling & pier head construction
