Head of Plant & Machinery (Rail / Infrastructure)  
  
Location & Working Hours  
\- Based at KL Workshop  
\- 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities  
\- Strategic and operational management of all plant, machinery, vehicles, and workshop functions supporting rail and infrastructure projects  
\- Ensure asset availability, regulatory compliance, cost control, safety, and disciplined workforce management across depots and project sites  
\- Lead preventive maintenance, asset management, and workshop operations  
  
Requirements  
\- 7–15 years of experience in plant & machinery management within rail, infrastructure, or heavy construction environments  
\- Proven leadership experience managing large fleets of plant, machinery, and vehicles  
\- Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance, licensing, insurance, and accident claims

\- Major Malaysian main contractor and rail engineering specialist (non-GLC)  
\- Currently hiring for a rail project involving track works, civil structures, signaling, electrification, and depots
