SAP Technical Lead

What You Will Do  
\- Manage the SAP technical landscape, ensuring system stability, security, and performance across SAP S/4HANA and integrated cloud solutions.  
\- Oversee ABAP development, SAP Basis (system administration), and SAP Security & Authorisations.  
\- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure SAP platforms are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.  
\- Develop, code, and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests, and testing tools.  
\- Govern external vendors, review technical designs and deliverables, and act as an escalation point for complex technical and production issues.  
\- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and adoption of SAP best practices.  
  
What You Will Need  
\- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA technical roles (ABAP, Basis, Security, or combined).  
\- Proven experience in leading or mentoring SAP technical teams.  
\- Experience with SAP cloud solutions.  
\- Solid understanding of SAP integrations, APIs, and middleware concepts.  
\- Experience supporting audits, compliance, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
