Job responsibilities:  
\- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise and guidance to align people strategies with organizational goals.  
\- Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs, develop talent strategies, and implement effective solutions.  
\- Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.  
\- Provide support in organizational design, change management, and succession planning to enhance business performance.  
\- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.  
\- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.  
\- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

\- Partner with recruitment teams to attract, hire, and retain top talent.  
\- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  
\- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent.  
\- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.  
\- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.  
\- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.  
\- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.  
\- Experience in organizational development, change management, and talent management.  
\- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.  
\- Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.  
\- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD) is a plus.
