Role Overview  
Join a global bank as a Junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter, supporting the hiring of junior to manager-level professionals across technology and operations. This position provides broad exposure to in-house recruitment within a large, fast-paced organisation. It is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are outgoing, proactive, and eager to learn.  
  
Key Responsibilities  
\- Support end-to-end recruitment for junior to manager-level technology and operations roles.  
\- Source and screen candidates through appropriate recruitment channels.  
\- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.  
\- Develop a practical understanding of technology and operations functions within a large financial-services environment.  
\- Build capability in interviewing, stakeholder management, and talent advisory.  
\- Maintain accurate recruitment records and support reporting and administrative activities.  
\- Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.  
  
Candidate Profile  
\- Fresh graduate or candidate with up to two years of relevant experience.  
\- Qualification in human resources or another relevant discipline; candidates seeking to transition from agency recruitment to an in-house environment are welcome.  
\- Strong interest in technology and its application within financial services.  
\- Confident, personable, and effective communicator who enjoys working with people.  
\- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
