Project Engineer / C&S Engineer / Architectural Coordinator  
  
Salary & Benefits:  
\- $3,800 – $5,500 per month (commensurate with experience)

\- Tai Seng  
  
Working Hours:  
\- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm  
\- Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm

Job Responsibilities:  
\- Check and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications.  
\- Verify site installations to ensure compliance with design and standards.  
\- Identify and prepare discrepancies in drawings to be highlighted to consultants.  
\- Oversee projects, ensuring adherence to contract terms and regulatory specifications.  
\- Coordinate effectively with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.  
\- Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or equivalent.  
\- Proficient in basic Autocad software.  
\- Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.  
\- Commitment to handling construction projects.  
\- Good communication and written skills.  
\- Skilled in using Microsoft Project to present schedules to clients.
