Job Description: Backend QA Engineer  
  
Our client is building the future of finance and is seeking a Backend QA Engineer to join a fast-moving, global team shaping how the world uses crypto. This is a fully remote position with fast-track career development opportunities.  
  
Key Responsibilities:  
  
\- Design and execute backend test strategies to ensure system reliability.  
\- Perform white-box testing by analyzing architecture and source code.  
\- Build and enhance automation frameworks for efficient testing.  
\- Conduct API, integration, regression, and performance testing.  
\- Validate distributed systems built with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.  
\- Ensure stability and reliability across technologies such as Redis, Kafka, and relational databases.  
\- Improve CI/CD testing integration to streamline development workflows.  
  
Requirements:  
  
\- Minimum of 3 years of backend QA experience.  
\- Strong fundamentals in Java programming.  
\- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks.  
\- Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, and AWS RDS or similar technologies.  
\- Proficiency in API testing using tools such as Postman or RestAssured.  
\- Experience with automation and CI/CD integration.
