Job responsibilities:  
\- Execute and manage Delta One index trading strategies to optimize portfolio performance.  
\- Monitor market trends and analyze data to identify trading opportunities and risks.  
\- Collaborate with research and analytics teams to develop and refine trading models.  
\- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.  
\- Maintain and enhance relationships with clients and stakeholders to support business growth.  
\- Provide timely and accurate reports on trading activities and market conditions.  
\- Contribute to the development of new trading products and strategies.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.  
\- 1 - 3 years experience in Delta One Index trading, .  
\- Strong understanding of index trading strategies and APAC markets.  
\- Proficiency in trading platforms and financial modeling software.  
\- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  
\- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.  
\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
