Job responsibilities:  
\- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team for Workday-related projects.  
\- Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.  
\- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for Workday enhancements and integrations.  
\- Lead the planning and execution of Workday product releases, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.  
\- Conduct regular reviews and updates of Workday configurations to optimize system performance and user experience.  
\- Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on Workday functionalities and best practices.  
\- Monitor and analyze Workday system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.  
\- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.  
\- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Workday implementations.  
\- Strong understanding of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, and Financials.  
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.  
\- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.  
\- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.  
\- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is preferred.  
\- Workday certification is a plus.
