Job Position: M&E Assistant Project Engineer  
  
Basic Salary:  
\- $3000-$5000  
  
Working Area:  
\- Pandan Loop  
  
Working Hours:  
\- 5.5 working days per week  
\- Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm  
\- Saturday: 8.00am – 12.00pm  
  
Job Description  
  
Responsibilities:  
\- Prepare and submit product catalogues, technical data, shop drawings, method statements, and O&M documents to the client.  
\- Assist with any other tasks as assigned by management.  
\- Provide simple daily reports on work status and report to management.  
\- Responsible for all site matters and documentation for assigned sites.  
\- Ensure site work is on schedule and in accordance with the contract scope.  
\- Resolve conflicts and attend site meetings.  
\- Participate in all testing and commissioning activities with sub-contractors, main contractors, and consultants.  
\- Conduct training for clients before project handover.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Minimum diploma in Mechanical Engineering.  
\- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the construction industry.  
\- Knowledge in ACMV (Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation Works) is an advantage.  
\- Ability to communicate in bilingual languages is an advantage.
