About the Opportunity  
  
Our client is a fast-growing global FinTech platform serving enterprise customers across multiple international markets. Following strong product-market fit and continued global expansion, they are looking to appoint a Global Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of commercial growth.  
  
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining and executing the company's global marketing strategy while building and scaling a high-performing marketing organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, Sales, Product and Revenue Operations to drive qualified pipeline, accelerate revenue growth and strengthen the company's market positioning.  
  
The organisation is investing heavily in AI-enabled go-to-market capabilities and is looking for a leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across modern growth channels.  
  
Key Responsibilities  
  
\- Develop and execute the company's global marketing and demand generation strategy aligned with commercial objectives.  
\- Build, lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across growth marketing, digital marketing, content and demand generation.  
\- Drive measurable pipeline growth through integrated inbound and outbound marketing initiatives across multiple international markets.  
\- Lead conversion rate optimisation initiatives across websites, landing pages and digital customer journeys to maximise qualified lead generation.  
\- Own SEO strategy while driving next-generation AI Search, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and LLM visibility initiatives.  
\- Design and optimise multi-channel outbound campaigns including email, LinkedIn, ABM, partner marketing and outbound calling programmes.  
\- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations and Customer Success to optimise pipeline generation, conversion rates and customer acquisition.  
\- Champion a culture of experimentation through data-driven growth initiatives, rapid testing and continuous optimisation.  
\- Leverage AI-powered marketing tools, workflow automation and analytics to improve productivity and campaign performance.  
\- Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards and reporting frameworks focused on qualified pipeline, revenue contribution and commercial outcomes.  
  
  
Requirements  
  
\- 7- 15 + years of progressive experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation or B2B Marketing Leadership within FinTech, SaaS or enterprise technology.  
\- Track record of managing a X - XX Million Dollar Marketing budget with attributable ROI  
\- Proven experience building and scaling high-performing marketing teams.  
\- Strong track record of delivering measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact.  
\- Deep expertise across demand generation, SEO, AI Search/AEO/GEO, conversion optimisation, marketing automation and account-based marketing.  
\- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and LLM-enabled workflows to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.  
\- Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM platforms, marketing automation tools and data to drive commercial decisions.  
\- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams.  
\- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution.  
Preferred Experience  
\- Enterprise B2B SaaS or FinTech background.  
\- Experience marketing API platforms, enterprise software or complex technology solutions.  
\- Familiarity with modern AI-enabled marketing, LLM optimisation and emerging search technologies.  
\- Experience working across international markets and partner ecosystems.
