Work Location:

Salary Range:  
\- $3,000 to $4,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:  
\- Develop creative interior design concepts tailored to client needs, including space planning, color schemes, furniture, lighting, and material selection.  
\- Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and presentations for client approval.  
\- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.  
\- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and manage the sales process from consultation to closing.  
\- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.  
\- Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.  
\- Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support the business.  
  
Qualifications & Requirements:  
\- Creative with strong knowledge of detailed design drawings.  
\- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max or SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.  
\- Preferably 1 year or more of relevant experience in interior design and/or sales.  
\- Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to close sales effectively.  
\- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.  
\- Experience in a B2C customized product environment is an advantage.
