What you will do:  
\- Develop and execute commissioning plans, project schedules, and allocated department budgets.  
\- Perform comprehensive system testing, validation, and equipment installation verification protocols.  
\- Identify and resolve technical site challenges arising during active commissioning phases.  
\- Maintain accurate records of all activities, test results, and resolution documentation.  
\- Review technical design specifications to ensure compliance with specialized facilities requirements.  
\- Conduct advanced integration and performance testing across mechanical and electrical systems.  
  
Experience you need:  
\- A recognized Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.  
\- Minimum 10 years of experience managing construction testing and commissioning processes.  
\- Prior testing and commissioning experience on data center projects is preferred.  
\- Strong managerial capability with a focus on independent technical problem-solving.  
\- Professional membership with MIEM or registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) status.

\- Currently working as a Commissioning Engineer, Lead, or Manager within construction.  
\- Background working within tier-1 main contractors, engineering consultancies, or civil builders.  
\- Experienced in managing technical standards across multiple engineering vendors and stakeholders.
