Salary & Compensation:  
\- Monthly salary range: $4000–$6000  
\- 5–20% Performance Related Pay (PRP) per month  
\- 2% Medical Allowance per month  
\- Yearly Salary Increment

Key Responsibilities:  
\- Meet and liaise with clients to understand their renovation and interior design requirements.  
\- Follow up with clients regularly, understand their needs, and provide suitable design solutions.  
\- Develop creative and practical interior design concepts, including space planning, material selection, colour schemes, furniture, and lighting.  
\- Prepare design proposals, presentations, 2D/3D drawings, and renderings.  
\- Prepare quotations, costing, and project proposals based on clients' requirements.  
\- Manage clients from initial consultation, design proposal, and quotation through to project confirmation and sales closing.  
\- Follow up on enquiries, leads, and existing clients to convert opportunities into confirmed projects.  
\- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and industry developments.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an Interior Design firm.  
\- Able to handle clients from initial consultation to project confirmation.  
\- Experience in preparing quotations, costing, and design proposals.  
\- Strong knowledge of interior design, renovation processes, and detailed design drawings.  
\- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Photoshop.  
\- Strong communication, client follow-up, and sales closing skills.
