Gaming Live Chat Support / Moderator

Responsibilities  
\- Respond to customer queries through live chat professionally.  
\- Provide end-to-end guidance and basic troubleshooting for users.  
\- Help users adopt new features by preparing simple, clear educational content (PowerPoint).  
\- Escalate unresolved or technical issues to the appropriate support.  
\- Stay updated on product changes to deliver accurate information.  
  
Team & Reporting Structure  
\- Reports to: Customer Service Manager.  
\- Cross-functional collaboration with Product & Tech Support Teams.  
  
Must Have  
\- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written); other dialect is a bonus.  
\- Strong written communication skills.  
\- At least a Bachelor degree.  
  
Nice to Have  
\- 1+ year in customer service, tech support, or chat-based roles.  
\- Experience creating basic instructional material (e.g., PowerPoint slides).
